Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed and all required shipping details are provided.

PRO WHEELS offers free shipping up to $150 CAD per order within Canada. If shipping exceeds $150, you may pay the difference or provide an alternate address with a lower shipping cost. The order will not ship until your choice is confirmed in writing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Address changes after ordering must be confirmed in writing. PRO WHEELS is not liable for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Tracking information is sent by email after shipment. Shipments include carrier tracking and, when available, photo proof of delivery.

Delivery is complete when the carrier marks the shipment delivered to the supplied address, including a lobby, front door, or parcel locker. A carrier may leave a shipment without a signature. PRO WHEELS is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

Wheels, tires, TPMS sensors, hardware, and other items may ship separately, so an order may have multiple tracking numbers.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and include photos plus a description of the issue.

Payment-provider transaction fees, including Stripe, Affirm, or credit-card processing fees, are non-refundable and may range from 6% to 18% depending on the payment method. Applicable non-recoverable fees are deducted from a cancellation or refund.
